If you'd like to run a fundraiser but are a bit stuck for ideas:

Fundraise at work

Fundraising at work
A great way to bring everyone together for an important cause. Depending on what you choose to do, it could also double up as a team-building opportunity. Whatever you choose to do, there are many ways you can promote your fundraising at work.

Be loud and proud
Let everyone know about your fundraiser and how they can get involved. Use email, posters, social media, staff intranet or bulletin boards – tell everyone how they can get involved.

Make it easy
The easier you can make this, the more people are likely to give. Use online giving sites like JustGiving, we can provide collection tins and buckets, or create a QR code for online donations.

Make it fun
It’s a lot easier to help people give if you make it fun.

Ask you employer about match funding

Match funding means any monies raised by employees may be matched by the company. So for example, if you raise £200, some companies will match this amount. This can double your fundraising and give it an incredible boost.

Get your suppliers and/or customers involved
Letting suppliers and customers know about your fundraising can help to give it a boost. They may contribute to your fundraising, donate a raffle prize or just appreciate the effort you are making to support a good cause. It’s a great way to raise awareness of mental health at work.

Fundraise at school

Fundraising at school or college

School fundraisers are super fun and a great way to get everyone involved.

We’re constantly amazed by the inventive and inspiring ways young people come up with to fundraise, from zumbathons and fancy dress discos, to sports days and bake sales.

Whatever you’re doing, wherever you’re doing it, whatever amount you’re aiming to raise, we’re incredibly grateful to have you on our team!

You’ll be making a big difference helping us to make sure nobody faces a mental health problem alone.
