Our Groups and Workshops
Allotment

This group gives people experiencing mental health struggles the opportunity to connect with nature, work within a team, learn new skills and get active outdoors.
Nurturing a vegetable garden is proven to have great benefits for mental health as it required being present in the moment and can be very rewarding to see how your effort pays off throughout the growing seasons.
Art & Craft
Our Art & Craft group is an opportunity for people with mental health struggles to express themselves creatively, relax with a craft of choice and feel more grounded.
It’s also a great opportunity to connect with others and spend time in a supportive environment.
Practice art and crafts, either bring your own or join in with the group.
History & Heritage Art Project

This is a weekly group to make themed art projects that explore local history and heritage, to help improve mental wellbeing and make people feel part of the community. Activities, such as journaling practice help the group reflect on learning and the impact on wellbeing.
