Our Groups and Workshops

Allotment

This group gives people experiencing mental health struggles the opportunity to connect with nature, work within a team, learn new skills and get active outdoors.

Nurturing a vegetable garden is proven to have great benefits for mental health as it required being present in the moment and can be very rewarding to see how your effort pays off throughout the growing seasons.

Choir

An opportunity for you to start singing with a group of people and qualified music teacher.

The choir is an opportunity for people with mental health struggles to connect and express themselves through singing and music.

Singing is an uplifting, creative form of expression and is a great way to gain confidence and feel connected with the community.

Chrysalis

The Chrysalis group is a space for Transgender and Non-binary individuals to come for help with their wellbeing. It’s a great opportunity to connect with others and spend time in a supportive environment.

LGBTQ+ Art Group

An LGBTQ+ mixed media art project group focused on identity and wellbeing.

Men’s Group

Our Men’s Group provides an opportunity for men with mental health struggles to connect, relate and support each other in a safe environment.

Having other men to spend time with and relate to can help people feel less alone and introduce routine into the week.

Women’s Group

This group provides an opportunity for women with mental health struggles to connect, share experiences and support each other in a safe, relaxed environment.

The group will focus on a different activity each week for example; bingo, quizzes, mindful colouring, relaxation techniques etc.

Having other women to spend time with and relate to can help people feel less alone and introduce routine into the week.
