Mind in Gwent is looking for new Trustees to help shape the future of mental health support across our communities. 

Right now, more people than ever need accessible mental health and wellbeing support. Strong leadership behind the scenes is vital to making that happen. 

We’re looking for passionate, collaborative people who care about making a difference. You don’t need previous trustee experience – what matters most is strategic thinking, shared values and a commitment to improving mental health across Gwent. 

We would especially welcome interest from people with strategic experience or knowledge in: 

  • Communications, marketing and social media 
  • Legal, compliance and governance 
  • Technology and AI 
  • Fundraising 
  • HR and people management 
  • Data management 
  • Lived experience of mental health challenges 

As a Trustee, you’ll help guide the direction of Mind in Gwent, scrutinise important decisions, and play a key role in helping local people access the support they need. 

This is an opportunity to use your skills for real social impact, while developing your own experience, networks and leadership skills along the way.
