Arts and Crafts

Creative sessions for all abilities, with step-by-step guidance provided. Materials can also be supplied.

Coffee Mornings

Pull up a chair, enjoy a cuppa and share experiences, tips and strategies for managing your mental health and wellbeing.

Roots and Boots

Weekly nature-based activities including gentle walks and gardening.

Relaxation and Connect

Learn relaxation techniques including guided meditation, grounding and breathing exercises, followed by time to connect with others afterwards.
