Mind in Gwent is thrilled to be the Lead Charity Partner of the ABP Newport Marathon Festival 2027

The Newport Marathon Festival is a highlight in the city’s calendar, bringing thousands of participants and spectators to Newport, along with an electric atmosphere. Mind in Gwent has been part of the Newport community for over 45 years and are excited to be such a key partner of this incredible event.

We are proud to be the headline charity, working with Run4Wales to raise awareness of mental health in our community and providing support to those who need us.

Physical activity, especially outdoors, has a number of benefits on mental wellbeing, and we hope all the participants and spectators feel the positive impact of this. Funds raised from this event will go towards providing vital mental health support and services to people, at a time when the demand is higher than ever.
