Do I have to live nearby?
No! As long as you live in the Gwent area, you can join. We run lots of activities online and in person, so you can join in from wherever you are.
How much time does it take?
You decide! Most meetings last about 1 hour each week, but there’s no pressure to come every time. You choose what works best for your schedule.
Can I choose what I do?
Yes! After your training day, you pick what interests you most. We’ll also share all new opportunities with you so you never miss out.
What if I change my mind?
That’s okay! If you decide volunteering isn’t right for you, or just need a break, you can pause and come back when you’re ready. We want this experience to feel good for you.
